Betty Crocker Holiday Cookie Mix
Easy, Taste Great, Cookies
My family was invited to a holiday party a couple of years ago and we were asked to be part of a cookie exchange. It was my very first cookie exchange and I was pretty nervous, as I wanted to make something delicious and was different from your average cookie. I found a recipe to make pumpkin cookies and it was a long involved process with a long list of ingredients. Then, I realized I'd need to make 48 cookies and it became a daunting task. While I was searching on Amazon for some Christmas items, just days before the party, I happened upon a Betty Crocker Pumpkin Spice cookie mix that I didn't even know existed! I decided to buy the mix and it was the perfect solution! The cookies were so easy to make, as one package makes about three dozen I saved money using the mix. I also kept getting asked for the recipe, so I said I would send it to them. I later sent them a link to the Betty Crocker Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix and people were really excited that they could buy them too. Now, everyone knows about my holiday cookie secret.
